Every year 2500 families and individuals make changes, seek support and aim to improve their well-being and relationships at Napier Family Centre.
About Napier Family Centre
There is a FREE Post Natal Adjustment Programme (PNAP) run by Napier Family Centre. It is a 6 – 8 week course.
From this course you will meet other mums and gain support and coping strategies. PNAP is facilitated by experienced therapists and childcare is provided. The group is a small and supportive environment for mothers.
