★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff that deal with youth whom are receiving government payments lack efficiency and transperancy. Their job is to help the young ones esspecially when in a hardship situation. Applied for hardship help and was accepted how ever have been waiting over 2months to receive it. Have rung in every week, on the daily and they keep saying it will be processed this week, next week, and so on. Hardship is of urgency! Which should be dealt with as an urgent matter not weeks later, absolutely disappointed and hope no one has to go through this with this service.
