I had very tricky financial situation being self employed, but he has gone extra mile to get me the loan amount I needed for my first home. Can’t appreciate him enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had always heard Nathan was good but we now know first hand! Myself and my partner just bought a house and Nathan (and Seema) helped get us across the line with the banks.
I'd say this is probably one of the hardest times ever to get a your hands on credit with the CCCFA and all the lending restrictions... combined with the fact that we were a difficult application - a newborn baby, me being self employed (less than 2 years) and partner that has been on maternity leave. Nathan managed to secure us finance with multiple banks under some intense time constraints... really displaying his good relationships he has with the banks and his ability to present our situation in the best light.
I didn't think we would ever get approved but Nathan and the team achieved that, and also provided much much more! Got us good rates, cashbacks, along with some fantastic advice.
He was great to work with and does what he says he is going to do. I expect the highest standards from all professionals and Nathan certainly delivered.
Thank you Nathan, Seema and the team for your hard work and expertise.
