★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no help what so ever. Said the compound is secured, had things taken from my unit. They did not do anything about it at all, just keep delaying and denying everything that had happen. Highly not recommended. It has been over 3 weeks since the incident happened, still no update from National Storage meaning that insurance can't be sorted.

They will provide you with everything you need. Including box's and tape they even have a trailer for you to use. How great is that. So convenient. Your goods will be safe and secure and dry... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of their staff are very rud, won't recommend this storage to someone.
Better to not pay by credit card, if you put your credit card details on the online form, they deduct the money 1 or 2 days befor next month.
At the end ,if someone move out ontime the same date once one month is completed, they have already taken the money for 2nd month and once the money is gone from your account , never come back.
Not reliable at all.
