★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off amazing with a wonderfully informed sales pitch. In fact, after 5 pitches From other companies, while this wasn’t the cheapest, it did seem like the best. However, the next steps are proving a little difficult. I signed and sent a contract, but I’ve been the one to call and offer the down payment- which they have, and now I’m calling for next steps- the actual install... I’m hoping to update this review with a much better experience of a speedy installation without my calling again and requesting to be put on the schedule. after many recommendations of this company- I’m just... surprised?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was initially happy with the quote and install process but only 18mths later when our Diakin heat pump stopped working their after sale service was disgusting. 5 WEEKS in the middle of winter we went without heating!! Waited nearly 2 weeks just to get a tech to even take a look at it and then I had to constantly chase them for updates on parts. Very disappointing after such a good start.

Ducted heating is by far the best way to heat your home in New Zealand and I can highly recommend Beattie Air to supply and install the system for you.
We were building with Mike Greer and they beat the normal supplier in every way: better price, better service and better after-sales care. The final set up is really well balanced and they went the extra mile to ensure it was set up really quietly as well. To top it all, we can control the system remotely for our mobiles with the Mitsubishi App. We're very happy!

I was informed thoroughly of what units would be suitable, how they will be installed, where components will be placed and received an in-depth quote too. The installation was done quickly and professionally. The staff were very helpful and friendly, impressive!

I had a serviceman around to look at my heat pump which had a fault.
He didn't seem to want to be there, and showed little interest (would not listen) to my customer requirements. When asked about checking gas pressures he said that he didn't want to put the gauges on as "that would let too much gas out". He also spoke vaguely about "checking diodes" and when asked about which diodes needed checking answered " the manufacturers send us that".
It was a waste of time and money dealing with this company, and I have not approached them for comment as I have already heard enough.
