★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have experienced. Waiting at the parts counter for service when the Parts Manager walked past me with the comment "If I don't go for smoko now, I will never get it". - Left me standing there. Couldn't find a bell to ring. Left without what I needed.
Have now ordered what I required on line from another company.
So much for buying local.

They must have taken on what I had mentioned as full attention was given.Thank you.
Went to the site to view Vents. Hoping to support local shops rather than shop online.
Browsed what they had in stock for around 15 minutes, The did not have what I wanted which was not an issue as I was not expecting them to. I wanted to know what was available and what they recommended I order in through their business.
The issue I had was the person at the desk just eyeballed me over the computer screen every so often did not acknowledged me even though I was looking in her direction when she looked right at me. There was a man walking around that clearly worked there and did not say hello or how he could help (he was walking in and out of staff only areas). He walked past me 3 or 4 times - Not a word said.
In the end I walked out. I worked in retail for over 10 years, I would at least say hello even if I knew the person was only browsing.
Was expecting them to a at least acknowledge me. I know for a fact they can show you a brochure and order stuff in if what you are after is not in stock.
I go to a brick and mortar retail shop specifically so I can talk to somebody that can advise on the product I want to look at or order.
I was willing to spend around $2k on equipment plus fitting costs.
Decided I am just going to shop online. At least I can view a wide range of stuff and not feel judged that I am not the common age they normally get or look like i have no money.
It's not up to me to say hello to you, I am the customer you say hello to me and find out what I need. It is my choice to come to, you not your choice for me to go to you. I can go anywhere I want but you can not force me to go to you. If I come into the shop you should at least acknowledge me FFS.
Disappointed that I wasted Gas and time on your outfit. Your team needs lessons in customer service.

No power at all next morning
To their credit, Kane did organise a local electrician, who put in new one, who is brilliant.
I would have expected a follow up text or ph call after sale on a regular basis but nothing
We have experienced ongoing issues with no follow up and it feels like they are unwilling to help us

He also came out to the motorhome to ensure we had the right parts and they fitted correctly. Mike is very knowledgeable about parts and service. Thank you Mike
