★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke a crown while in quarantine in Auckland and had a small window of time to get it fixed before heading to the Bay of Islands. After researching and reading reviews I felt quite comfortable with this dentistry and made an appointment. Every step of the way, the process went smoothly from the check-in at the front desk to the making of a new crown in less than an hour. Dave was superb, explaining everything he was about to do and gave me a full review of what I should do for ongoing maintenance of my teeth. Would highly recommend to anyone whether for a crown or any other treatment and I don't make recommendations lightly.

Ernie's gentle mannerisms put me completely at ease. I won't hesitate at all to see Ernie again and would highly recommend him.

I came across Natural smile by luck, it had been a while since I'd seen a dentist and while looking I received a flyer through the letterbox. Upon my first phone call everything went smooth. Firstly is the communication, always clear & honest. When I had my initial consult with Dave 2.5 years back I felt at ease with everything and never felt under pressure. One of my first appointments was having a crown. As it was my first ever crown I was very nervous but being able to get everything done in one day was amazing. Dave even has the machine in house that designs the new tooth(Crown) so being able to watch the process was very professional. Secondly Dave enabled me to pay weekly prior to the appointments which made it easier to afford. Lastly I thought it was a great addition to see before and after photos of each tooth to show the change. The experience & professionalism in this practice is nothing less than 5 star.

Explanation, photos & all around demeanour was outstanding. I could not recommend a better dentist in the eastern bays & easy parking. Lisa, his nurse delightful making me feel very at ease. Top marks from me.
