The radiologist is knowledgeable in his craft and receptionist was extremely helpful and approachable each time we've come. The atmosphere is usually nice and quiet and all staff in the complex seem very amiable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve got recommendations about eastmed radiology from my midwife. She said that Alex’s reports are the best she ever had in her 30+ years of experience. I can't recommend more than enough for pregnancy scans, all appointments were on time and in a kindly manner with an explanation of the position and progress of my baby. I came back for my abdominal ultrasound as well after delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made appointment for dating scan before lockdown. Since I didn’t receive any text/email regarding to lockdown, we showed up on that date(I thought all pregnancy scan are important and should be done regardless alert levels).The receptionist said they can’t do pregnancy scan during alert lv.4 then I asked why nobody tell me regarding to that, he said “that’s not my fault “. I was baffled by his attitude, he kept repeating “that’s not my fault”. Very unprofessional and disappointed. Went to another place, they did it. They said pregnancy scan shouldn’t be postponed even in lv. 4 . Glad I went to another place.

Nice set-up, very friendly and professional staff. The person who did the scan is knowledgeable and caring. He was explaining my scan while I was watching it on a TV screen ( the biggest screen I’ve seen in a scanning room!). I was given nice baby prints and all images were sent to my email. Thank you. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are not excited about your baby and don’t want to hear anything during the ultrasound scans this is the place for you. I gave this place 3 chances for my first baby and all 3 times had a terrible experience. There was no talking or engagement from the sonographer. There wasn’t even a time that anything was pointed out to me during the scans. I walked out of the medical centre shattered every single time after sitting through the silent scans and trying to dig information at the end of the scan from the sonographer who reluctantly answered my questions.
Would not recommend this to anyone for baby scans! If I could put a zero rating I would.
Also partners are not allowed at the premises at level 3 restrictions even though during the same alert level I was allowed in to the hospital and my GP with my partner. Not sure where these strict rules have come from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ultrasound place was very hesitant to giving me a dating scan for baba and my GP thought hard for the scan I was very shocked due to already have a miscarriage and the scan was so terrible all it was. Was typing and yip that’s there that’s fine and what struck me is they gave no explanation to why my baby didn’t have a heartbeat at 9.2 weeks pregnant already having high anxiety asking my midwife all the questions to why I didn’t get the feedback you should be giving to new time mamas and not even offering a photo when my partner couldn’t even come inside terrible experience when I thought it would be genuine the receptionist is in some room doing don’t know what then I try walk in and get told off well sorry you weren’t doing the job your suppose to be doing.. never coming back..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Anatomy scan which is usually a very exciting scan for expectant parents to also find out whether they're having a boy or girl. I've been here before for previous pregnancies and when they used to have the lady sonographer years ago she was great to deal with.
Receptionist is lovely and very helpful.
The current sonographer is very thorough and is probably very good at his technical work but is not very enthusiastic and engaging. I know he has to check the baby but would be nice for him to get a nice scan pic while he's doing that. They don't give you a pic after your appointment. I got emailed all 80 pictures from the scan and not one of them was a nice one for me to save and share with my family and friends.
The screen placement would be better on the side so mother can watch everything comfortably without having to strain neck to try and see what's going on at the foot of the bed.
I got booked in here by my midwife so I attended but I'd never go back there again unless I absolutely have no choice.
