We have been in business in Hamilton for over 25 years. Frans and Monica have worked as a team and have built the business to reflect this and their true passion of making a difference to your health and wellbeing – Naturally
The shop and website have been born from the needs of their experiences as therapists and advisors. Naturally Healthy was created with a desire to deliver high-quality advice, the most effective products, a client-focused drop-in services and all this for a price that allows easy access for all.
Frans has a BA in Physiotherapy and is a professional Homeopath who with his experience and additional qualifications of Bowen therapy and Cranial Sacral therapy is renowned for his capacity to get results. Monica is a qualified Beauty Therapist, Aromatherapist and Reflexologist with the addition of Sclerolgy. Monica is always listening and learning about new scientific and therapeutic ranges that need to accessible to everyone.
As you can see from our website, our store is full of all the brands you know and trust. We also deal with lesser-known brands, often made right here in New Zealand , to ensure our ranges covers the different needs of our customer. Our aim is the right product and advice to get results.
The Naturally Healthy Team has been built on experience and knowledge, most of the team have been with the company for more than 15 years, which gives them a true feeling for the needs of our customers and how we do things.
In-store we have a walk-in service which allows you to come and have an on the floor consultation when you needed it. Bookings for private consultations are also available.
As our reputation for customer service has grown, we never forget it is our customers who are the most important part of our business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to their store at London Street and they did not have stock for the Go Sheep Placenta. Was advised that they will be able to order and collect from the store. Decided to go ahead and made payment. It has been close to 2 weeks and i had to call them to ask about my order. They did not even be bothered to call and update me on the delay. The reason they gave was that they had to consolidate more orders before shipment will be initiated. WTH! 2 weeks and no updates and i feel this is not acceptable. Will request for a refund if they delay further for my order.

Which they know well. I have consistently been here. Also My daughter visited the homeopath who is well experienced educated in his profession and was very helpful.
