She has great advice on ongoing healthy living but of course it only works if you follow through! Tracy has been incredible at listening, hearing, understanding and asking the right questions to get to the nitty gritty of my gut health problems. So much of what she said reassured me and made perfect sense. She explains terms very clearly and she obviously has a wealth of knowledge and experience in her toolbox. I have been working with Tracy for 3 weeks and am feeling a good improvement in my gut after at least 7 years of ongoing issues!! Already seeing these changes is so encouraging and means we are on the right path - thanks so much Tracy!!
