She made me change how I see food & my body in a very profound and beautiful way. She literally saved me from almost 2 years of chronic PMS and migraines, plus I'm now feeling much better about my eating choices. I went to many doctors before and all they wanted was for me to go on strong medicines with so many side effects (treating the symptoms but not the cause, and creating other symptoms), but Sheena took a different approach and it worked, I'm feeling so good. So grateful to have found her, highly recommend! She is also a lovely person, very nice to chat to. 5 stars all the way
