★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a boat and was having trouble with the Garmin unit switching on.
Will said to bring it in and he would check the connections , did this and the unit worked fine. Will suggested getting a new backplate as the connection can sometimes be faulty. Ordered one for me from Aus, found out it was still in warranty, and has now couriered it to me - all at no charge.
Incredibly helpful and friendly.
I'll be back when I need an upgrade!
Highly recommended!!!

Top bloke to deal with and great information provided. I question why you would buy from some retailers with their lack of product knowledge. Will made my life + buying decision very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb experience with Will at Navstation. Did a Garmin MFD/Plotter upgrade for my boat. Had many questions going back and fourth over several weeks as well as testing out competitor units. No ones knowledge or enthusiasm came close to Will's, the dude knows his stuff. With most things retail you just don't feel the love anymore these days. It's all very rushed with little to no product knowledge either. Not with Will, you'll come away with 100% confidence.
