★ ★ ★ ★ ★ both front of house staff are not particularly friendly, and worse on the phone. "Megan's" attitude toward requests are not good and her phone mannerisms are abysmal to be kind. when asked to find balances or other services she sounds like she has found that you have eaten her lunch and didn't say sorry.. I get a strong impression that they are somewhat different when you are dressed to impress. I wouldn't recommend them. most of the smaller banks or building society's are light years ahead in terms of service and services. B-
