★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb service. Switched to BNZ about 10 years ago after a nightmare experience with the Arrogant Savings Bank. Never looked back. We have our mortgage with them now too - they were very accommodating about giving us a lower than advertised rate when we asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst bank ever, the staff behind the tellers there just cock up again and again and again.simple things like changing an account or starting an a/p finding the money they lost And returning that money while trying to fix a/p or application paper work goes missing and then they pass the ball when the cant fix there mistakes to another person who cocks it up some more again and then they tell you they can't fix it and make there mistakes your problem and tell you to fix it!!! If you want good service competent staff and things like a mortgage done in less than two months, then steer well clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't bother. Made me wait in line for about 20 minutes to tell me they don't do deposits over the counter anymore. I was also the only person in the line for this entire time. Also had people standing outside waiting for entry. Only 2 tellers operating at 3.30pm. This bank might be good, clearly their customer service is total rubbish.
