★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long, two-storey brick building with a three-storey corner portion, in a very plain Victorian/Edwardian style, originally known as Neil’s Buildings. Of uncertain construction date (c.1880/1890s) and architects, but possibly associated with FW Burwell and Charles H Roberts. In good condition.
Significance: Some architectural value but more for its streetscape value as forming a distinctive and homogenous corner block on Dee and Spey Streets (east).
