★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two-storey building with ornate, Classical Victorian frontage featuring a triangular pediment and three pairs of semicircular-headed windows. Designed by ER Wilson c. 1905-6 for Matheson & Co, grocers. In good condition.
Significance: Listed; good streetscape and architectural values through its high quality, classical Victorian design character and quality detailing. Forms part of a group of similar two-storey classical facades along the north side of Esk Street.
