★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neighbour had our permission to use our Recycling bin. We now need it back. We contacted the council to supply another to us or supply one to our neighbour. Manager didn't want to take our call. We were told he was on to it. Our neighbour log a call requiring a bin on the 21st of December. Still no action except he is on to it. What is the on to it time frame 1 week ,1 month or 1 year. Bureaucracy gone mad. Not impressed with customer service, no solution provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Road signs need to be checked down Kaitemako Rd not sure if they were put up wrong or turned around soon after they were put up! Going up says 50k before 55k corner and on other sign says you can go 80k into 50k area. So... 50k going up but 80k going down same road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in Tauranga nearly 7 years. Looks like nothing much improved in this city. We need better playgrounds for our kids and still we are waiting more pedestrian crossings in Mt Maunganui Rd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Re: Ilconcieved Council policy means a refusal to accept payment
Having recently received a reminder to pay a parking fine I went to pay it at the councils office on Willow St as I normally would, but found a security station had been set up to deny entry to people with my Medical Condition. After speaking with the guard & 2 supervisors I was refused entry to make payment of the afore mentioned penalty, it seems to me that a refusal to accept payment nullifies the penalty for all people with my Medical Condition . Thankyou Tauranga City Council for your short sighted discrimination

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete and utter waste of Rate Payers money. Lets also not forgot the $1.2 Million they made in 2 weeks fining residents for using their street on Links Ave...
They also mandated the vaccine pass be used at the library when the Western Bay council didnt....
