β β β β β Never rewieved a taxi operator b4 - but these guys were really top. Ordered 4 taxi from dispatch over several days. Each arrived like a flash and the drivers were old school , charming and knowledgable.

β β β β β I had a mask wearing exemption. The driver Steve 326 said that I could not get into his taxi without wearing a mask! I was stuck between a rock and a hard place as I needed to get to the airport! He was just lucky I didnt have a seizure in his cab!!! This is unacceptable.

β β β β β Absurdly overpriced and unprofessional. Had a driver go well under the speed limit to keep the meter running. I almost got out of the car and walked the rest of the way to the airport.

β β β β β Will never use them again. They ripped me off and took the long ways always. Then on top I have there drivers drive on the wrong side of the road a few times and one was around a blind corner just about driving me into the curb and fence. I went to complain and all they did was get aggressive at me. Honestly just about killed me but they don't care. Honestly most useless taxi place ever. Disgusted

β β β β β ACC booked this company to take my kids to school for two mornings following my surgery. The first day they didn't show, didn't call me and I had to book another company.
The second day I called to confirm that it was booked. Ten minutes after the scheduled pick up time I had to call them back and they eventually showed up 20 minutes late.
Definitely not the stress I need after having surgery!
I hope that ACC stop using them. I certainly won't use them again .
Any kind of communication would have been an improvement!
