★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever received. The quote was exceedingly expensive, for the small job which I required. When I questioned this the response was "enough with the sarcasm"! They need a few lessons in customer service.

They charged us $688.75 for an exhaust but the retail price for the same item was $596 on top we were charged for the time the technician took to find the item as well as the vehicle charges. The technician installed the item and offered to take the rubbish with him but did not inform us it would be at an addition cost and we received an invoice for rubbish disposal later for $32. When we questioned them, the lady on the phone was plain rude and first suggest to have the rubbish dropped off back at our site and during that phone call then changed her mind and said she will not have it dropped off and rather we pick it up if we want a refund. We would have no issue with paying for the services received but unhappy as we were not informed prior and they took no responsibility for it.

A rebuild of our heritage home as well as upgrades, maintenance and compliance work to Healthy Homes Standards as prescribed by MBIE on the rental properties I manage. Nick is always punctual and courteous. He’s great at listening and using his problem solving and technical expertise to help me get the job done, whatever the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some minor repairs completed and the service and communication was disappointing, the job from one of the builders was average and needed remediation yet we were charged at a full rate, and don't mention his tone and the charges were horrendous. They charge for a laborer to hold the ladder and clean up after the builder at the same rate as the builder, reduced when queried (ever so slightly), the invoice is poorly broken down and no actual hours worked or hourly rate charged shown although requested. We would never use this company again and would certainly not recommend to anyone.
