★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I have to visit the hospital in case of an emergency, I am sent back with panadols and asked to get an outsourced ultrasound! Never have I ever found the reason of the excruciating pain that I have been through! Overall, not satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While some of the doctors are nice, some are incompetent. Taking a full week to fill and fax out a proscription. Sometimes even 2 weeks.
My own doctor I have had does not listen.
He has talked to me about irrelevant subjects, reduced me to tears and then asked me "why am I crying" well knowing of my depression and anxiety.
Dealt with this for years and today was the last straw. I was discharged without knowledge, only being currently told. I now have to be "reassesed". I do not have the money to be running from one end of Richmond to Nelson center to only catch an NBus, walk another 1km along with 4km from home to and home, once in stock.
I've requested a new doctor cause I'm fed up, stressed and broke cause I have to run around after everyone in the bloody town. ?
I feel sorry for the lady's at the counter who have to tell people bad news and contact everyone daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find your website lacks appallingly in information & website negotiation, & I have dealt with some shockers in my years at Fairfax NZ. You need to sack your website designers & get someone who knows how to set up a website that is easier to negotiate, then you need to make sure the information is up to date. Sorry but your website is sadly lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Nelson Hospital staff in A&E and ICU for the sensational care you all gave me in my recent Heart scare. The fast action and great team work that got me in, and out so quickly, with a stent put in, and on the road to recovery.
Two weeks on, I am nearly back up to full speed, and able to do small amounts at work. Once again a big thank you to everyone who did their jobs so professionally.
