★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite clothing store in NZ - not only are they the only stockist of several of my favourite labels, everyone who works there is so friendly and they always suggest things I would NEVER have pulled off the rack, but because they know their stock so well and know what would suit you the item ends up being your favourite piece of clothing!! High quality garments that last and last, and don’t go out of fashion.

Have been shopping with the guys for a couple years now and they are always more then willing to help out if I’m stuck on which size to buy and even when I’ve returned/exchanged items it’s been a completely hassle free experience. Their shipping is always super fast too. As I live in Wellington I normally order online but every time I’m up the mount I always pop in and spend way more than I should. Love their stock, so nice to be able to actually source this kind of clothing in NZ without paying crazy shipping tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fell in love with a dress a few months back, but due to Covid, shipping outside of NZ was incredibly difficult. I thought I would send a quick message on Instagram to see if there were any shipping options available to the UK, and the lovely humans working here managed to find a way. They were so incredibly helpful and sent it off within a few days. The problem was, I’d paid for it through PayPal and the package was accidentally shipped to my old address back home in Canada (I’m in the UK currently). Within 24 hours, the amazing team at Neon Gypsy had contacted the shipper and rerouted it. Honestly, cannot recommend this store and their amazing customer service enough!

I went to buy a dress in Mount Maunganui yesterday and I was unsure between 2 of them. I bought one and I decided to change the color of the dress the day after but I can’t because of your returns policy. I’m really disappointed about that. No body told me about that yesterday when I was trying them and I was unsure about the color, you don’t have any signs in the change rooms or in someplace where the customer can see your returns policy and so decide to buy in your shop or not.
Last week I bought another dress and nobody told me anything neither.
I am super disappointed with your customer service post sale, we don't have any right as customer (even if we pay $239 for a dress).

I have purchased many things there in the past, On this occasion the staff made me feel as though I was in there wasting their time an had no money.... little do they know. Purley based on their additudes I would never support or shop at this store again.

Really upsetting, went into Neon Gypsy in The Mount today and was really unimpressed by the poor customer service I received from the blonde lady working, she was very rude and snobby. She didn’t acknowledge us at all and didn’t acknowledge my smiles when I looked at her. She was unnecessarily rude to me when I took a picture of a book I wanted and gave me a snarky comment. Would never buy from there again and would not recommend! Rudeness is just not needed!
I'm better off spending my money elsewhere than that shop!

The shops themselves are beautiful, the clothes are to die for, the customer service is out of this world, AND they do loyalty points!
