โ โ โ โ โ Quite disappointed by my experience here. I went 24/04/21 and was really keen to buy some coffee pods. The first girl I was served with was lovely and sold me some descaled and directed me to sit on the chair to wait and try some coffees. We sat for about 15 minutes and the girl who was doing the coffee didnโt acknowledge me and my my once. It wasnโt until the first girl who served us came back to check on us that she realise that we had not been served. She took our coffee orders and I ordered a Colombian which is a bit too strong for me and I wasnโt too keen to order so I went up to the girl doing the and wanted to try a different one then maybe buy. My mum had liked the one that she had picked and we were keen to buy it. The girl doing the coffee proceeded to serve customers that had come after me and when she was done with them she went and emptied the dishwasher not once acknowledging me although I knew she could see that I was standing there I just left the store I was so angry.

โ โ โ โ โ I honestly just wanted to say that I went to the store some days ago and there I has the opportunity to meet Christine and Ruth and they were borh incredibly AMAZING, kind, supportive and friendly. Christine took a lot of her time to show me the whole range of all the products I was curious about and she also gave me a nice coffee for me to try the Napoli flavour. Can't wait to go back and finally subscribe to a nice plan and get myself a new coffee machine. Thanks!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Awful customer service. There were 3 people waiting in line yet a fourth customer rocks in and gets served before others. The boy who served us looked like he really didnt want to work there and didnt know what he was doing. Go to another branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm Dissapointed, Nespresso?. I ordered a White Latissimo and picked up from Albany. The Japanese guy was nice enough, though he didnt acknowledge the customers on entry to the store. Anyways, got the box home, which showed a White machine on it and my husband opened it to find a Black machine inside. Now we have to drive all the way back to exchange it.

โ โ โ โ โ The best customer service Iโve ever received in a store. I went in with a rather vague description of what I was after and he told me what my previous order was, listened to what my requirements were for what I wanted and then offered 2 solutions that I then purchased. It was a seamless customer experience. I asked for his name and he said โQโ so hopefully his manager knows who I am referring to. All retail should take lesson from Nespresso as to their customer service levels.

โ โ โ โ โ Welcoming and glistening - for coffee novices, coffee addicts and coffee connoisseurs alike.
I was surprised to find such an oasis of coffee machines and equipment in one place. The extensive range of coffee "pod" flavours were a sight to behold. Unfortunately for me - I arrived when the tasting (coffee lab) experience was unavailable (temporary situation, apparently).
The friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team members left me substantially better informed about coffee tastes/ experiences and the technology that's available to me to enjoy it/them.
