★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Bought nappies and they say its was for up to 5 kgs. My son is 3.9kgs but nappies are too small. I ask to exchange them brand new in the Box and they would not do it. Even though they have the item and i gave prove its the wrong size not fit for purpose. Avoid this store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff with poor manners. They look at the colour of your skin, if you're white or a light skinned asian they treat you so well but if you are a person with olive, tan or dark they treat you like a thief and follow everywhere you go.
Disgusting attitude.

- Very Rude Staff!
- One of the staff laughed at me when I sat down to reach for a product and struggled to stand up. I felt embarrassed. Worst customer service ever! I normally buy $200 worth of products everytime I visit, but never returned after I felt so discriminated and humiliated.
