The Tokyo country of origin also one of the popular choice. Importantly the used capsules can be 100% recycle.

Other service shops in Christchurch could learn from this. Taste some coffee and have a sit on the couch. Good on them for daring to be different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service, first time in store, lots of help and advice, we got a coffee machine and a milk frother, unfortunately the coffee machine died after a couple of weeks, so i rang the help line, they said take it back and they will replace it for you, so i walked in with my machine, they asked what the fault was, so the technicians could have a look, and i thought, i would have to wait for it to be fixed, but nope, I got a new machine straight away, with some free coffee to cover the inconvenience. Customer service 10/10 - loving the coffee, loving the fact you send the pods back to be recycled. great eco-system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally in adequate staff serving, firstly was served by a guy who kept asking other staff members answers to our questions then put us onto another staff member as he wanted to go on his break. Then after deciding on an machine was told by the other staff member there was an $80 offer on accessories only to be told before purchasing that she had made a mistake and the offer had expired. My wife and l was very upset about it and the whole sales process I suggest you train your staff more throughly hence we both left your store without purchasing the machine and accessories
