★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Black Garlic Puree is OUTRAGEOUS!!! I've used it on everything from home made burgers through to canapes but my favourite use is simply on some penati crackers, alone. It makes me feel like I'm having a decadent snack while eating low carb and healthy. Please never stop making this stunner!
