★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother ordered a bouqet from Glenfield, which was delivered by these guys... not only did they get the order TOTALLY wrong, but they sent a 7 or 8 year old child to deliver them. When the girl was asked who they were for, the reply was a shrug. The lady at the shop was disgusting to the lady at the Glenfield store on the phone, saying that the card must have blown off, and tried to put the blame back on her.. A bunch turned up today (that was the ordered one, with a card, also part of the order) and the man that delivered them stood in the driveway demanding the wrong order back, and waited until my husband went and got them!!! You are disgusting, and have no idea what good customer service is, your stuff up, and yet you made everyone involved fell like crap.. Word of mouth is something you should learn, and delivering excellent customer service !!!! WILL NEVER BE DEALING WITH YOU AGAIN!!!

Not sure on what I wanted , Pauline spent the time to discuss different types of arrangements she could make up for me, the end result was spectacular,it was much admired and lasted a lot longer than I expected and it was at a really good price. I will definitely be going back again. Thanks Adie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an order on Feb 13 2017, got a confirmation stating delivery will be done Feb 14, 2017 for Valentines Day. The delivery was never made since they claim they couldn't find the address?? Lame excuse since there was a contact number to call for directions. Got a call from the owner yelling at my friend saying i made a mistake on the address so It'll be delivered tomorrow Feb 16, 2017 and there will be no cancellation since she needs the money!!
They ruined Valentines Day for my special person since she never got the flowers and ruined my friends day by just being completely rude over the phone by yelling.
Not professional at all!!
If you like being yelled at by an old lady for being a paying customer, than support NON BRIGHTON FLORIST!!
