I was a potential buyer living in the north island.
I Payed a deposit to get the car taken off trade me so I could get it inspected and save the remaining money which would have taken me 4-6 weeks.
The car was in such a poor state the AA refused to test drive it due to WoF issues despite having a current WoF.
They refused to refund my 20% deposit and went to court over it.
It was obvious these guys deceived me and were trying to sell me a rolling pile of problems. And for some reason only god knows why, the court ruled in their favor and they were aloud to keep my $2,200 deposit.
My money just GIVEN to them for nothing.
