★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst landlords I ever had to deal with. Tenants have to experience very condescending approach from Catalise Ltd. Both Sandie and Amelia are very rude in general. For a week we had to stay in the lockdown without cooking top.
I personally recommend to never rent an apartment with this company if you have a chance. TBH I would give 0.1 star rating, by Google has no such rating.

What we like about Catalise compared to other property managers we work with is that they troubleshoot the issue first to give us a very good briefing on the problem/issue. They also provide detailed and clear job order instructions including tenants details, where to park etc and this allows us to be well prepared and more efficient on the job. We spend less time on the job and the landlords (Catalise’s clients) save money too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this comment for the public interest: I would recommend renters to steer clear of this agency, based on my first-hand experience in dealing with Sandie, the Managing Director & Owner of this business. Their number one priority is your money all the way through. And they would not hesitate to give you some severe headache. I hope they do not attempt to provide a robotic response to this comment. Otherwise, I would edit my comment in response to whatever lame excuse they may write. I reiterate that this review is grounded on my personal experience and I wish all renters the very best of luck in finding suitable accommodation.
Edit: Sandie, you must be aware that the apartment was left in an extremely clean and tidy condition. However, you asked for a professional clean simply because you assumed you were above the law. You must also know well that you aimed to charge me for other non-reasonable matters, whose details I will not disclose here. Fairness is far from what you have done. Your behaviour at the end of my tenancy was horrible enough to be deserving this Google Review, even after some four years. After all, it is a small world and people's paths may cross at some point.

Especially, Amelia has a great sense of professionalism and she is quite responsible and we were quite happy to have them as our property manager.

But since I have been working with them, not at all, I find they do a brilliant job, they found me a very good tenant in only one week, and kept a nice communications among us. I especially like that Sandie and Amelia, who gave me a lot of professional advices on renovation and advertising. I would recommend their service to my investors friends to enjoy the hassle-free experience like me.

As first time landlords we appreciated the extra effort Sandie put into explaining the process and being very approachable with any questions. Sandie found us some great options for tenants and the tenants we chose have been fantastic and taken good care of the property. Everything has gone very smoothly and if there were any maintenance issues with the house Sandie notified us promptly and communicated with the appropriate parties to address the issue. Thanks New Lease, we would give you more than 5 stars if we could!
