★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented with them for a year, extremely unprofessional, did not respond for months especially when the flat had heaps of issues which went unfixed for too long. Avoid renting with Zippi Property management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a perspective tenant I had a bad experience with this company. I attended a viewing and a nice guy showed me apartment. It sounded very positive and got my application in very quickly. Phillipa contacted me. I specifically asked to not have my current landlord contacted unless I was being offered property. I stated up front that I only wanted 3/4 month tenancy fixed then preferred to go on periodic and in other words don't persue my personal contacts (employer etc) and current landlord if this was not acceptable and gave other contacts for refs. Despite this my current landlord was called. I then had a message saying I would need to sign up to 6 months to have a good chance despite having excellent refs. I was assured somebody would let me know. Two weeks ago and messages to office with no reply,. Not a great experience!!

They are only after your money and do not care about their tenants.
