★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked appointment with them on Tuesday for pedicure. I needed to go somewhere and that is the reason i booked my pedicure. Half an hour before my appointment she called me and cancelled my appointment because of some other client came to her and want to get full body wax and other things done. I felt like the other customer was paying more then me, so my appointment got canceled.
Not focused on new customers, felt like they are only money focused not customer service.
