★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to love it so badly... but alas I am disappointed. I usually get my eyebrows threaded every 5~ weeks in center place, but once I saw the LAB’s Instagram I was sold to pay 4x the amount I usually spend on a session. Given, I had grown out my wild brows for 6 months - usually I’m advised that the more growth, the better as then the technician had more hair to make beautiful even shapes. So excited is what I was, followed by the let down after seeing the result. Not only were the brows a disappointment but the vibe in the salon was no good - bad music, so quiet, and then when a few workers did return they wouldn’t even look me in the eyes (???) also I arrived 5 mins early to my appointment but the technician was with another customer resulting in my appointment starting 10 mins after the scheduled time, no worries on my part HOWEVER, the lady after me, was asking when will she (the technician working on my eyebrows) will be done, with the pressure, my technician said she’d be done soon, not 10 seconds went by and I was kicked out of the chair. Total spent 9 minutes on me and left me with uneven, absolutely no shape and weirdly thinned eyebrows in the thick of my brow? BEFORE & AFTER attached - yes I know I have wild eyebrows but for the price I was hoping for life changing brows.

I previously did my eyebrows myself and after visiting LAB I would never go back. Fantastic & friendly staff who are super professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Iqra do my eyebrows and lashes. I showed her a photo of me on my phone with the shape and colour I always go for which is a dark brown, and she seemed confident. However, she coloured them black, it was not what I asked at all, and ripped my skin of from my eyelid and around my eyebrow as the wax was far too hot. My eyes were left red and sore for a few days following this appointment and stung where the skin had been ripped off. Needless to say I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my eyebrows laminated today with Ella abs she did a fantastic job, this is the first time I’ve been genuinely happy with my eyebrows. The vibe in the salon is fantastic too, very relaxing. Definitely will be back!
