★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, friendly, tidy, why the low score? The deli food.... either over cooked or under cooked. Even cold chicken pieces still pink at bone. Be very careful with chicken from New world, or countdown or pack n Sav.... same crew

I do occasionally have difficulty finding certain items as the layout is alittle unusual but there's often a staff member nearby that can help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I witness a manager verbally abusing an employee, from what I heard it was about the cash register. This was absolutely disgusting and I'm shocked that they could do that infront of customers and even more shocked that they would do that in general. The young employee couldn't have been older than 16 and she seemed relatively new. The poor thing looked like she was going to cry and must have been incredibly embarrassed. Perhaps instead of insulting your employees intelligence you could properly train them. I've heard the management at New World is absolutely terrible but I did not think it was that bad until I witnesses it in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow pal go there to have hot chips and chicken NEVER again the chips were so tasteless and dry from being left in there to long..your lamb shank meat was hard and yr chicken was cold. Tidy yr staff up and make sure they can cook and know how long the food been left there!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is always clean, staff are usually very polite, helpful with a smile. Range of products very good as they cater for different religious beliefs and, diets. Granted, they can be very expensive. Differences can be too much at times and
we are usually aware of prices now
some up to 2-3 dollars more . Reason why ,I don't shop there all the time. The atmosphere is good. It is a pleasure to shop there. I am a older person and really appreciate my groceries being packed for me as I have bad shoulder issues. Thank you gor that. I will be there later today and I know it will be a stress free shop.
