★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this café for the second time today. Not impressed. Staff is friendly, and order was brought over fairly quickly, with smiles and cheerfulness all around. Regular flat white was way too strong and bitter, just like first time I tried it. Plum cheesecake was nice, but not worth $8.99. At a small bakery just about round the corner, I can get a wedge of cheesecake, approx. same size, for $3.50. Tastes just as good. I personally don't like a blaring radio in places like this, but it seems that that is the norm these days. I also wonder why the window cleaner had to be doing his job right on morning tea time. I won't go here again; it's not worth the $13 I paid.

I had the Eggs Benidit but the tomatoes should be replaced by a few cherry tomatoes since they are sweeter and so the sweetness would balance out the acidity from the vinegar. The toasted bread was a bit cold for my liking when it came out, and the biggest let down of all is that one of my eggs were medium boiled and the other was soft but around the outside of the egg yolk it was starting to become hard. A good dish but it reminded me of someone who saw a recipe from a cooking show and tried to recreate it........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a busy day and didn’t had any lunch, so I pop into Mondo’s for the second time today as I had breakfast there. There was this young lad working alone , he’s name is Warren . I got there about 4pm and he told me that he’s working on his own and there is a bit of a wait. He was absolutely amazing, everyone was happy to wait
for their food and we all were very happy with his service. Just want to give a heads up to Warren, you are absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service!! Well done !!
