★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the few items I needed. Was not happy that people were let through without mask. The lady packing the groceries was too much in hurry and ran trolley over my toe,didn't apologise.. I asked the cashier why she was unfriendly to us and she said sorry. . Usually it's fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't usually shop here but go in sometimes for the bakery n deli food and the occasional ready to eat dinner pickups from there pretty good in house made food and bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shameful display of breaching human rights by the owner operator. Bully tactics, including manhandling, used whilst simply attempting to peacefully shop was appalling. Clearly being a woman shopping with a legal mask exemption can be twisted into a misogynistic attack by said owner operator to project his own abusive attitude. Will never shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here many times shopping but now find the owner Eric Rush actively practices discrimination over who is allowed into his shop to get groceries if your face doesn't fit with the bigoted Mr Rush; even when you have a mask exemption he will call the police on you and have you trespassed Absolutely inexcusable shameful behaviour New World! I will never shop here again and advise all others to do the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally go here because it has been one of the better places for ensuring a safe shopping experience at the height of the pandemic however they've become very sloppy coustomers with masks half on breathing into the bulk foods staff crowding the isles less than 1m apart with no space for customers to safely get past and even maskless staff handling food. With almost 20 deaths a day this is unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This supermarket is well set out and has nice extras like high quality food made in house. It has a takeaway food and coffee outlet as you leave with affordable delicious food and coffee.I only gave it a 4 star as food prices in any supermarket are getting too high.
