★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The checkout lady was extremely disrespectful towards a client yesterday afternoon. I watched as the checkout attendants, with her back to me, attitude was disgusting and she slammed down the customers bottle of wine and wouldn't let him pay, and told him he had to wait for her to pay . The checkout lady should never talk to a client like that no matter what she feels like. The gentleman looked so embarrassed by the way the lady was treating him. I won't be shopping there again due to the poor professional standard the lady demonstrated. I heard a lady who was leaving at the same time mention the checkout lady was the manager or owner and was horrified on how she treated the customer. The management should seriously look at how customer service is being demonstrated by the store and how badly she behaved towards the young man who she was serving.
Supporting local businesses was important to me but not when this occurs to paying customers. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
