β β β β β My Experience with them is very bad. I arranged an important Courier from Australia on 11th of September and they told me that they will collect it from Australia in the next day. I didn't get any update until 19th and I went to the office and they told me that it's not even collected from there. The response from the staff was positive, but if your document is urgent and important I recommend do not use their service because we need to remind them all the time even after we pay and it will become entirely your responsibility to make sure that courier is on it's way. My friend used DHL on the same day and he got his courier within 5 days on cheaper price than them.

β β β β β seem like they don't want to do their job. Lots of dithering around, very slow service. Had to ask multiple times for my parcel to be measured and weighed to get the correct ticket number. They wanted to guess it. Could be more efficient.

β β β β β Had a parcel I needed before the weekend. Delivered on the Thursday but nobody home so sent back to depot. Delivery driver left no note saying they came and didnβt find out until the following Monday night when I made a complaint to the company I had ordered the package from. Only redeeming factor was the lovely staff behind the desk that was easy to work with
