β β β β β terrible place. today at 05:21pm I was there to send some money like 2500$ to overseas it takes like 5 or 7 minutes to do as I did it before too but today lady at counter was so rude and racist that when I was asking her today she didn't even look and listen to me and said "no not enough time I need to serve other customers too I can't do it" no apology nothing this is how you guys treat your customers omg probably someone needs to be replaced with a better CSR to deal with customers.

β β β β β The frontdesk is lack of courier/products knowledge, probably need to get more training on frontline tasks would be more helpful. They do greet you well like anyone could do.

β β β β β I have a friend who is dying and I paid a lot of money for a fast over night courier. When I bought the ticket I was not asked if I wanted a signature delivery and I didn't instruct this, however the lady made it signature required and the parcel was not delivered because my friend's caregiver had gone out briefly. So I have lost a day and now I'm just hoping my friend survives that night so she gets my gift in time. I rang the local post office in her town but they wouldn't redeliver. That is was what the automated service voice said. I couldn't talk to anyone so I am left feeling frustrated. Not good customer service from NZ post.
