β β β β β Once you tell them about mistake they made, pallet which theoretically was to be released today will be "flagged and unfledged" each day for another 3 weeks just to delay . each day I called the same scenario was presented to me : QUOTE: "your email was flagged , that means someone is working on it as we speak , you will receive answer today or tomorrow"
And this is now every day for three weeks now, no point to complain as it will only make it worse. best of all : just make sure ya all documents are there , all the numbers , all the invoices , tracking numbers , doesn't matter its not relevant , just send it over with the totally completed form, if you have passport - send your drivers licence and a copy of a bank statement to prove address as well. if you have a hand cream with aloevera extract make sure you list it as a *imported plant or part of plant
leather shoes? they are animal product, don't for a second think a belt isn't made from an animal. explain how the item/items were stored 3-6 months prior shipping.... and really - SUPER detailed list of what's inside.
best if you have a video and the pictures of you packing things.
this is not a joke.
or simply next time pay that $100 for excess baggage on the airplane and avoid all of the above

β β β β β A parcel arrived the 19th April to New Zealand through NZpost from US and the parcel needs to be cleared from Customs NZ. I called NZPOST, they asked me to call Customs, I called customs and they asked me to call NZpost etc... No one helps you, no one is able to tell you where is the parcel. It took a week for the parcel to arrive From US to NZ and now, first of may, the parcel is still in customs, two weeks in customs and no one says anything. You pay the transport, fees, you pay all the ask and all you want is to receive the parcel. Is it acceptable this service from Customs NZ and NZpost? I will call later to customs and you know what they will say? call NZpost. Two weeks in customs and counting... no news from anyone
