β β β β β They said I would receive my driving license within 30 days but itβs been nearly 2 month now I havenβt got mine yet. Calling in to check but they put me in hold for 30mins each time, no one picked up! Worst service I have ever known!

β β β β β I would rather taken all the stars given for this βgood for nothingβ Agency. They exploit the public by insane fines.
I was fined 300$ for violating the Bus Lane (absolutely ridiculous and stupidest rule ever implemented in the history of mankind) on the 3rd day in NZ as a Tourist! I suppose it wouldnβt have happened in any other country.
So I realised that this Agency is going bankruptcy so it needs funding even from the Tourists. Even it costs me 72,000 in Sri Lankan Rupees, amidst my country in a huge financial conflict, I paid the fine so that the Agency will get something out of it! May be they would use that money to paint & prepare another Bus Lane for fines!

β β β β β So iv been calling for a week straight , on hold at times often close to 2 hours for a SENIOR REP to hang up on me after requesting to speak to the manager in the most polite manner. This lady has done this twice in a row, she did the same thing last night. She litterally doesnt care about her job nor the customers of the Transport agency. Puts me on hold to talk to a team leader, which i know she didnt do. @NICOLE ROSIE i will be sending you an email since all calls are recorded please check this persons record. Poor peoples skills, and poor problem solving. Is this who you stand for ? Im pretty sure this could be a reflection of your leadership as CEO. Iv been promised call backs ect that never happened LOL
Id love for this to go to the media so the truth can come out about how things are handled.

β β β β β I had a very bad experience when I renewed my car licence. Something went wrong with their website and I ended up paying twice. When I called to request them to reverse it back to me, it was extremely difficult to get hold of them. 1 hour on the line. They also passed it to different people and department. Very inefficient performance.

β β β β β Wouldnβt even want to give one star. Worst customer service ever. Waited an hour and in return I received horrible customer serviceβs attitude. Raised his voice and repeated the sentence few times at once before I even said anything, is that really necessary? Covid-19 costs the shortage of staff but that doesnβt mean you can be rude to the people whoβs been patiently waiting and just want an answer!

β β β β β NZ government organizations are worst ones. I haven't received my driving license since a month. If I'm calling to ask then it goes on waiting for an hour still no one picks call. NZ public transport is worst than any county. I haven't get temporary card as well. They are just called developed for the name's sake but small countries than NZ are far better than NZ. Whole NZ is worst experience I must say.

β β β β β Much like everyone else leaving reviews, I too sat waiting on hold for a "senior" staff member for up to an hour, multiple times.
I've phoned 14 times today (so far) but have had the phone put down on me every time.
Maybe if I owed them money they'd get back to me quicker...
