β β β β β Was given quote to do minor repairs to guitar and when job completed was 15% dearer. Had "forgotten" to factor in amount of time to do repairs..No choice but to pay now work is done. Not good.

β β β β β No question that the staff are knowledgeable with most instruments. Expensive repairs and a small in-store range takes it down to a 3 star. Instruments can be ordered but be prepared for the wait.
