★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived in our apartment for over 6 years and recently noticed a hair crack in the vanity basin.I contacted Newtech and Marcus promptly replied and forwarded my email on to Janette who also made prompt contact. Although the basin was out of guarantee Janette arranged a replacement at no charge. Within 7 days I had the new basin delivered.
This was fantastic service and I highly recommend Newtech to deal with.
(P.S. all this occurred during the Auckland Covid lockdown)

They are such lovely women to deal with and help me with any questions I have. So much knowledge and they are always willing to help you figure out things if your in a tight spot or help help problem solve. The product is quality for fair price with quick delivery. Customer service team Rock, they honestly make the whole process so much easier and are just awesome overall to deal with. LOVE NEWTECH and will always be happy to recommend them!

Newtech were most responsive to our request for assistance. When the fix suggested didn’t work…Newtech stood by their product and much to our surprise offered a replacement part! Post sales service one usually only dreams about in today’s world – well done Newtech and your customer service team! We would have no hesitation using Newtech again, can’t speak highly enough of their post-sales service, and obviously wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After receiving some great advice from Anna at the Auckland Showroom, we purchased a range of Newtech products for our bathroom and ensuite renovation. When the renovation was completed, I contacted Newtech to source some screw covers and plastic clips, as the builders had misplaced these items during the installation. These promptly arrived within a couple of days, at no additional cost.
Last week I called Newtech and spoke with Mark (Customer Service) after the top of our ensuite vanity suffered damage from a tradesperson's tools. Mark was able to offer on the spot advice and after 2.5 hours of 'polishing', I was able to achieve a fantastic result.
The staff are affable, willing to assist and know their product range(s). I was able to confidently make a purchase without any sales pressure. If you are looking for bathroom fittings and accessories, I highly recommend you visit the Newtech Showroom in Penrose.
