Job management and time sheeting is a breeze with this app and creating invoices is so easy now and it integrates with Xero. Plus the Support team are awesome, you can ring or email them if you get stuck and they're always happy to help. I highly recommend this app for anyone running their own business that juggles multiple clients and staff!

Finally, we have a job management app that seamlessly integrates with Xero. We are able to send all receipts to Dext or Hubdoc and they sync with Next Minute for job coding. In addition, the staff hours are automatically coded to the job and sync easily with Xero timesheets in payroll. We can't wait to see what is next.

The software is great. It is very easy to use and very adaptable for all different types of trades.
One of the many things I love the most is the team at NextMinute are always ready to help! Whether it is a quick question you need answered or a zoom call or meeting to help walk you through the software there is always someone there!
Signing up to NextMinute was one of the best business decisions we made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using Next Minute for a month or two now and like it. I have no use for the invoicing side but some people might. Mine is more keeping up to date with jobs / projects and allocating them to staff. Whilst i dont use the invoicing side i can keep an eye on what i have invoiced or not
I havent managed to get time to do the one to one training with the guys running the software but thats down to the fact that i simply dont have time
I ike the fact that i can log on from any PC, or my iPad and iPhone - without paying fro loads of licences - this means i can check whilst out on the road, in the office or back at home - when i was looking at other products they seemed to be seperate licences for each PC
