★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally dealt with this law firm in a very simple case. Right from the outset we made it clear funds and time were limited. Instructions were given by the counsel and not followed up - changing the way we moved forward. Costs escalated by a factor of 4 - and communication lacked. Important detail was lost in preparing file as counsel left 1/2 way - giving file to another collègue. Forcing us to take extra time out ourselves to prepare new filing . Simply non professional from start to finish.
