This restaurant never fails to impress me, service is always exceptional, food always consistent and it has a nice environment. Went after along time and I have to save Nikkies always has the same and consistent standard that you want when you go over again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. When you go out for dining you want to relax and enjoy the ambience but unfortunately the owner makes sure that you experience the worst customer service ever. Next time I will prefer to go to mental asylum than choosing this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave this place a solid 5 stars a year ago. Sadly, their ratings have since plummeted. Their customer service has gone down the drain to the point it feels as if you're being a burden on them for just being a customer! The owner couldn't be bothered one bit, his tone of voice is arrogant, as is their teams attitude. We used to visit this place with Business Colleagues and Family quite regularly but will never visit them again. Wouldn't recommend this Business to anyone unless you're looking at getting disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i went for brunch the other day and found the food to be awesome, the snapper fillets were however not that satisfactory because I’m a great fan and frequent eater of seafood so i can figure out the freshness. Otherwise everything was awesome and would go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great long standing restaurant. We really enjoyed our meal here and will be coming back for future Thai cravings. We had a snapper dish, beef dish and duck dish, all beautifully presented and very tasty. I'm quite into cooking and I dont think I could recreate the dishes which is always a good sign. Service was attentive and there was nothing I could fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience person taking orders the owner of the restaurant doesn't pay attention while taking orders!!! I ordered chicken pad Thai I was given veg pad thai, lamb stir fry was spicy come on dude ask if we want mild spicy or no chilli at all I orders 3 serve rice which was $3 each I had no idea it was just one spoon rice $3 food was Little portions $25 each dish not worth at all the best thai restaurant I would recommend everyone manee thai best so far Nickies a big fail! Am not coming here poor customer service
