You feel welcomed from the moment you enter the place, nice and cosy place that put you at ease instantly, Nicole explained how your existing diet - or lack of it - affecting you, she gave detailed notes about what to eat or substitute for your meals, after you discuss your needs and how you can reach a better plan for your diet, Nicole follow up with sending you an email contain all the notes, just in case you didn't take notes while in the consultation, and that's a bonus, because you won't remember everything been told.
Highly recommend Nicole, she can do video meeting or in person, she is very down to earth and do understand your food allergies and dietary needs.
Hands down Nicole is the one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
