β β β β β Absolutely shocking experience, items were charged for but missing off our delivery and when we asked Carters about it they were completely unwilling to acknowledge or rectify. Rude, Unhelpful and Dishonest. Avoid at all costs!! I understand that this is a regular occurrence for Carters and we will now be taking all of our business to Mitre 10 around the corner.

β β β β β I broke down outside, a female staff approached and rudely told me I had to move my vehicle immediately, didn't ask why or offer any help. After 5 mins and I hadn't moved she finally clicked I had car trouble, as it was a van i couldn't push it on my own.

β β β β β If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. One of my family members was treated like a diseased dog for not wearing a mask, even though he is medically exempt by the MOH. We're very sorry but we will never shop here again even though it is our local trade shop. We're happy to spend thousands of dollars else where. I recommend these guys take a step back and reevaluate how they're treating customers.

β β β β β Excellent service compared to the other nearby building outlet. The staff here seem to want to go out of their way to actually help you, and not as if you are an annoyance to their day, quite a change. Almost worthwhile spending or parting with your funds. Great company.
