Nigel has been helping people in health and performance for over 2 decades. A mind-body physiotherapist, he sees people who have complex problems, those who have failed common treatment approaches and elite sportsmen wanting to achieve great things. Nigel looks holistically and listens to the whole story of how people came to be in pain, stress or a state of under-performance.
He has educated thousands of people in the role of the mind and body as a limiting factor in our happiness and health. He delivers effective strategies and next-level reconditioning programs that help us go beyond what we think we are capable of. These programs are trusted by the world’s best athletes, CEO’s and teams. The programming optimises one’s physiology, mental state, sleep, and physical state by specific and individualised strength and conditioning.
He is also a certified Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage Instructor. He has had extensive training here and overseas over those years with Wim himself who he counts as a close personal friend.
This year he has implemented programs in the NRL, with the Wallabies, Kawasaki motorsport and the All Blacks on a team level and privately with top level athletes here and abroad. For 2020 he was on the NZ Olympic Team’s expert panel. When top athletes want to excel beyond their typical training, they call on Nigel. Also has been the trusted health consultant to some of Hollywood’s biggest names in a 1-on-1 capacity.
He is proud to call Mount Maunganui home and deliver quality physio to the people of Tauranga.
