★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had such a fantastic experience with Ninjaflower so far and the great thing is that it's an ongoing experience - they are super prompt and informative in terms of contact and very on to it with reminder texts (for appointments and also for checking in regarding piercing aftercare), not to mention every staff member is really friendly and lovely!
I had two helix piercings done, having not had a cartilage piercing done at all before. Any nervousness I felt was soon gone though as they gave me all the information I needed ahead of the procedure, which itself was honestly such a breeze. They were transparent in exactly what they were using, their hygiene practices/how the needle was sterilised and when they were going to do the actual piercing action. They let me know that they would wait until the moment I was ready so I was in control of what was happening which was really nice as there wasn't any unwanted pressure. It also didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected it to and was done so quickly!
Incredibly happy with my helix piercings and with the line of communication that the staff have kept with me to make sure the healing process is going well. I'll definitely be back for more in my other ear once I've healed a bit further so I can switch up the side I sleep on ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in yesterday (March 2022) with some pretty crazy bumps on my nose piercings and I was so worried and anxious. I went in and was told it was nothing to worry about, one of the staff members took me through there pamphlet, highlighted the things I should be doing and recommended some products to help.
Ive used the product they recommended twice now and it’s already working. They made me feel well looked after and absolutely love them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been pierced a lot in NZ and Aus and by far this has been the most positive experience overall. Everyone was really helpful and informative and the piercer explained each step to me thoroughly. The choice of jewellery was exceptional. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a septum piercing done the other day and let me tell you i had the best time ever! I met the Esther in the reception right in front lovely lady very welcoming and gets straight to the point. Communication is 100points. My septum was done by Scott such a cool person makes you feel comfortable and safe!! He also talk about his long experience as a piercer which made put me at ease and also trust him to do his job, such a professional. Overall they have an amazing team that will help you out!!
