★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not very satisfied with my experience with them. The workers were always late to work, I didn't live at the house so had to wait there for an hour past the agreed time before they show up. Work was completed within time frame. After installation, found out the product was not what I expected, the window did not have a lock that allowed it to open to a fixed width, so we can't leave the window open without worrying that thieves could easily climb in. However, the window I saw in the show room had this function. I wrote and asked about this and all I got was the colour I chose did not have this function, which was not made clear to me before this and they refuse to do anything about it.
When we tried to paint the wooden frames (we need to because they had to cut into the wood and patch it up again), we found out the silicone they used were not paintable. Called them about this and had to wait two weeks before workers come to attend this problem. The workers told us the product they use were all supplied by the company and they had no idea why it was causing this problem. From this point onward, I was unable to reach the repairs manager (phone calls don't get picked up and no reply to txt messages). The workers did not want to scrape the old silicone out and instead they applied a different type of filler over the silicone, which was paintable. When we tried painting again, found out they smudged the original silicone that was on their finger onto the frame, obviously they couldn't put the filler over these so ended up looking like this (see picture). We had to spend a lot more time to get rid of it. Was disappointing as we spent a lot of money on this and the result wasn't what we expected. Would recommend thinking twice before choosing this company. At least make sure work are done correctly before paying (sadly we paid too early)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our immediate thoughts were "our house no longer feels like it's leaking heat". Exceptional products that significantly outperform our 15 year old double-glazed aluminium windows. No more condensation. Tilt & turn windows and doors means we can securely ventilate ... and no longer run the risk of kids hitting their heads on an open window!
I suggest you have a close look at glass options ... to reduce summer overheating we opted for Performatech206 on north and west faces. Standard Low E & Argon on all other windows.
