★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was important to me to receive Christian counselling so I was pleased to discover Grace Counselling. The counselling sessions have enabled me to make progress working through emotional trauma, grow in my understanding of Jesus and apply Biblical principles to deal with trauma and suffering. My relationship with God is being restored as a result and my ability to cope with difficult circumstances outside of my control is improving. Alex didn't put me in a box or over analyse me. Instead she listened to me and provided resources and support that she felt would help my individual needs and circumstances. Alex provided a safe environment to allow me to open up about my struggles and feelings. She is compassionate and professional. I would recommend this counselling service.
